Having one of our fireplaces in your home should be a pleasure, so don’t be afraid to mix things up!
If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Items can’t be returned if they have been assembled or used.
You can return an item for a refund to your original payment method (return shipping costs at your own expenses). We can also arrange pickup services for an additional fee. Ask us for more informations here.
When your appliance arrives, please take the following steps:
- Check the box for damage.
- Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
- Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us here so we can arrange for a replacement. Once your product is assembled and/or used, it can’t be returned.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
You have until January 31th to return items purchased between November 1st and December 31th.
